Return Process

Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and may ask for photos of the appliance to verify its condition before issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 3.Schedule Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate a professional transit team to collect the bulky white goods from your premises at a scheduled time that suits you.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
